Joram Castle Group is an independent life insurance agency. This page says plainly what this website collects, why, who it goes to, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote we collect your name and phone number, and optionally your age and your email address. When you download a guide we collect your name, email, and optionally your phone number. That is all the forms ask for. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank details or medical records through this site.

If you use the chat widget, your messages and the contact details you give it are collected the same way.

We also collect basic usage measurements through Google Analytics, but only if you accept cookies. If you decline, analytics storage stays off.

Why we collect it

So a licensed agent can call or email you back about the coverage you asked about, and so we can send you the guide you requested. That is the only reason the forms exist.

Where it goes

Your details are stored in our customer record system, hosted by HighLevel (LeadConnector). We use it to contact you and keep track of the conversation. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the insurance carriers needed to quote or apply for the coverage you asked about, and with the service providers that run this website and our customer records.

Cookies and measurement

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It stays switched off until you accept it in the cookie banner, and you can change your answer at any time using the Cookies button in the corner of the page. We ask again after 180 days rather than assuming an old answer forever.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will. Call or email using the details at the bottom of this page.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to texts, message and data rates may apply, frequency varies, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop them or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will change the date below.
